    TRAIL NOTICE: most of the Cwm Rhaeadr mountain bike trail is closed due to storm damage. Only the final singletrack descent is open, ridden as a 2 km loop via the forest road on temporary arrows; check Natural Resources Wales for current status. The full Cwm Rhaeadr Trail is a 6.7 km red, 6 miles north of Llandovery towards Llyn Brianne. Free parking and a picnic area; no café, toilets or staff on site.
