    TRAIL NOTICE: the Derwen Trail blue extension is closed for forestry work, and the Raven, Derwen (green) and Gorlech trails are diverted; check Natural Resources Wales for current status. Brechfa Forest in Carmarthenshire has the green Derwen Trail (9.7 km), its blue extension (3.9 km) and the black Raven Trail (19.1 km) from Byrgwm car park, plus the red Gorlech Trail from Abergorlech. Free parking and portable toilets at Byrgwm.
